Revolutionizing Recycling with Innovative Technology

Innovation for a Sustainable Tomorrow

At CCG, we are revolutionizing recycling via innovative patented microwave reactors. Our groundbreaking technology transforms traditional non- recyclable plastics into advanced carbon materials, enabling environmental restoration, economic empowerment, and technological advancement. By converting non-recyclable plastics, we mitigate the harmful impact of waste on our ecosystems, reducing landfill pollution and promoting a sustainable future. Through our combined efforts in recycling and technological advancement, we aim to set a new standard for sustainability in the recycling sector. By collaborating with local communities, industry partners, and governmental organizations, we strive to create a sustainable future where waste is transformed into valuable resources, and our planet is preserved for future generations.

1

Plastic is collected, separated, and sorted ensuring there is no mix of metals or other harmful materials, that could disturb the microwave process.

Preprocessing

2

Once the plastic is collected, sorted, and separated it is fed into a large grinder to break down the plastic into smaller pieces

3

The small pieces of plastic will then be transferred into our microwave reactors where a 'cutting - edge' catalyst is added to the plastics and heated up to 1,200 F or 650 C for 1.5/ 2 hours.

4

Once the plastic undergoes the 'conversion' process it is then transformed into Syngas which is self-captured or an advanced carbon black material that is then cooled for 3 hours

5

The SynGas and advanced carbon black materials will then be further sorted and separated to obtain the final products of: graphene, graphite, carbon nanotubes, Syngas, hydrogen and iron carbide.

Final Stage

Business to business

The byproducts of our innovative process is then ready to be packed and turned into the desired advanced carbon material of our consumers which includes: graphene, graphite, carbon nanotubes, Syngas, and iron carbide

Applications and Markets

Steel Manufacturing, EV Batteries, Energy Storage Systems, Microgrid Services
Fuel Cell Distributors, Refractory and Lubricants, Medical, Automotive

Environmental Impact

CCG is revolutionizing the production of essential materials through our core values which include: Environmental stewardship, Affordability, Collaboration, and Quality. Industry- wide adoption of CCG technology is predicted to cut back plastic pollution by 27% globally.
