Mr. Christenberry has over 30 years of experience in consulting and executive management, driving growth, creating value-added services, and delivering profitability. He spent 20+ years leading the Northern Division of OneSource Distributors, growing revenue from $50M to over $700M while maintaining top-tier EBIT. As a consultant, he secured a $30M utility contract and facilitated the acquisition of a major electrical manufacturer. Mr. Christenberry’s early career with Texas Instruments and Square D Co. (now Schneider Electric) laid the foundation for his success. He is also active in utility, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing associations.
Mr. Doherty is a seasoned business and technology executive with over 30 years of experience in senior management across the United States and three foreign countries. He is currently the President & CEO of Carbon Conversion Group, Inc., where he leads efforts to revolutionize the recycling industry through sustainable innovation. With a track record of successfully scaling businesses, Bob has grown two companies from startups to multi-million-dollar operations, including building multiple plants across states. He has also played a key role in advancing technologies for U.S. government projects like the MRAP vehicle and B-2 Bomber. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Feffer is an experienced Business, Financial, and Managerial consultant with a strong focus on start-ups, turn-arounds, liquidity events, and fast-growth environments. As a founding partner and former CFO/COO of Horizon Technology, LLC, Mike helped grow the company into a $100 million corporation with global offices, earning the OCG Innovative Company of the Year award in Orange County. With over 15 years of experience in financial, operational, and organizational consulting, Mike has also held key leadership roles, including Vice President at a $100 million subsidiary of Molson’s Ale and Assistant Controller at a $200 million division of BASF. He began his career as a CPA at J.H. Cohn & Co. in Newark, NJ.
Ms. Peros is a dedicated professional with a Master of Management & Leadership, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & International Relations and a minor in Disability Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She graduated as a highly accomplished student athlete and graduated top of her class as Magma Cum Laude. Her legal experience includes roles at Peros Law Group and the Disability Rights Legal Center, where she managed client relations, risk assessments, and legal clerking for over five years. Currently, Ms. Peros serves as the Director of Project & Business Development Manager at Carbon Conversion Group, where she drives strategic growth, market research, and stakeholder engagement.
